2005 American Ambulance acquired All County Ambulance and began serving the residents and Healthcare facilities in the Treasure Coast. All County Ambulance serves Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River, Okeechobee and Hendry Counties.

Falck charged one of its subsidiary companies, American Ambulance, with the task of managing All County Ambulance in a more personable, day to day basis. American Ambulance was founded in 1964 in Hollywood, Florida and was managed and owned by its founder until October of 2012 when it was acquired by its current ownership, Falck.
